LnHS’s AFJROTC Host Annual Veterans’ Breakfast

On Thursday, November 9th, Lancaster High School’s Airforce Junior ROTC cadets hosted their annual Veterans’ Breakfast for all the employees of Lancaster High School who have served in the military. As a way to show their appreciation, cadets served muffins, breakfast burritos, fruit, coffee, and orange juice for all the Veterans to enjoy. To honor LnHS’s Veterans, cadets prepared a beautiful gift to give to each Veteran at the end of the breakfast!

LnHS’s Airforce Junior ROTC Exceeds Standards!

The Airforce Junior ROTC instructors and cadets of Lancaster High School in Lancaster, CA earned an overall unit assessment score of “exceed standards”, the highest attainable, during their evaluation on Oct. 27, 2023!

Capt. Jessica Schmitt and CM Sgt. Robert E. Butler created a dynamic and supportive learning environment coupled with excellent community outreach. The instructors provided outstanding leadership in administering the Cadet Center Citizen Program.

The Lancaster High School cadets performed exceptionally well and took great pride in leading and accomplishing their unit goals. The Lancaster High School Airforce Junior ROTC Citizenship Program is making a positive impact on the cadets, the school, and the surrounding community.
